2. Focus on checking whether the rotating parts are deformed or whether the screw is loosened or displaced. Check whether there is dust, foreign body or oil shortage at the gear joint, which results in rotation obstruction. When adjusting parts, the deformed parts should be replaced, the loose parts should be re-adjusted and tightened, and the foreign gear should be removed, cleaned and lubricated. Pay attention to checking whether there are cotton floss and other sundries in the guide rail of the shuttle frame.
3. Check that the friction disc of the motor clutch head of the computer quilting machine is not seriously worn. Check whether the clutch contact is normal and whether the clutch stroke is within the normal range. After adjusting the clutch or replacing the reset spring and friction disc, it is necessary to adjust the stroke of the clutch.
4. Check carefully whether the belt of the computer quilting machine is loose and slippery. If there is a phenomenon of slack and slippery, it is necessary. The belt must be replaced in time.
